Cancellation Policy

1. General Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may change. To ensure fair treatment of our counsellors and efficient management of slots, we have established the following cancellation guidelines.

2. Notice Period

Users are encouraged to provide as much notice as possible when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment.

  • More than 24 hours notice: No cancellation fee applies. You can reschedule your appointment at no additional cost.
  • Less than 24 hours notice: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee as determined by the individual counsellor.

3. No-Shows

Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice (no-show) will be treated as a late cancellation and may result in the full session fee being charged.

4. Rescheduling

Rescheduling is permitted and handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the counsellor's availability. Please contact us or your counsellor directly as soon as you know you cannot make your appointment.

5. Counsellor Cancellations

In the rare event that a counsellor needs to cancel a session, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer the option to reschedule or provide a full refund if any payment was made in advance.
